They scrimp and save for a down payment to be able to call those four walls their own and make them their own in concrete ways, too. But one thing people don’t want to do is spend money without realizing what they’re getting into, and invest in projects that might not be a good return down the line when it comes time to save for the next big move. That’s why bathrooms are so popular and such a good investment, because they pay off. People like to get clean, and they like to get clean in a room that makes them feel good and look good too.
