"Big Pot" Dilemma

Seems simple enough. If I want to fill a pot, I reach over to the wall and BLAM! There it is, & I WANT ONE…but I have many more questions…

If I were remodeling, and had the walls tore down to the studs, would it be worth running a supply-line for that faucet? That would be the easiest application.
